赵中野/Zhao Zhongye

Z. George Zhao is a music therapist registered with the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA) and the Malaysian Music Therapy Association (MMTA). Holding a Bachelor's degree in Electroacoustic Music from the Shenyang Conservatory of Music, George furthered his academic journey by earning a Master of Creative Music Therapy with Distinction.
George specialises in Creative Music Therapy for children and adults with neurodevelopmental variants, such as Autism, ADHD, and Global Developmental Delay. His practice is informed by the DIR/Floortime model, utilising the IMCAP-ND framework to assess and support functional emotional developmental capacities.
Bridging his dual interests, George's current professional and research interests focus on the clinical adaptation of minority instruments, creating electroacoustic music through music therapy frameworks, and innovating the application of electroacoustic music within music therapy settings.
